How you receive your order and what to do if something is not right.
Choose Pickup at checkout and collect your order from our shop at Al Habbai Building, Al Aweer Central Fruits and Vegetables Market, Ras Al Khoor, Dubai, UAE. We confirm on WhatsApp when your order is ready.
Choose Delivery at checkout and select your area. The delivery charge is shown before you place the order. We confirm every order by WhatsApp or phone and agree a delivery time with you.
Cash on delivery, bank transfer, or Order on WhatsApp, where we agree payment with you directly.
Fresh produce, meat and fish are sold by weight, so the final weight can vary slightly. Prices follow the market. The price we confirm with your order is the one that applies.
Please check your order when you receive it. If anything is wrong, contact us the same day on WhatsApp at +971 52 140 5715 with your order number and photos, and we will replace or refund the item.
